Alaska Salmon and Cilantro Potato Salad

This recipe for Alaska salmon and cilantro potato salad is soon going to be your family’s favorite. The combination of delicious salmon with cilantro and garlic is out of this world.

Ingredients -

1 Can Alaska Salmon, (14-3/4 ounces), drained and flaked
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Red Onion, diced
1/3 Cup Celery, diced
2 1/2 Pounds Red Potatoes, cooked and quartered, unpeeled
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

 
Preparation:

1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, cilantro, celery and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add in the salmon and potatoes.
3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Chill for 3 hours.
5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
